About me
I’m a designer currently based in Los Angeles, sometimes Shanghai. My earliest design memory goes back to the Muji stationery I used in primary school — simple, thoughtful, and quietly functional. That kind of logic with a soft touch has stayed with me.
Today I work across digital sketching, hand sketches, rapid and refined prototyping, and 3D modeling. I’m especially drawn to how things work — I like taking objects apart, understanding their mechanics, and reimagining how they could work better. Nature, animals, and small everyday moments often spark ideas that evolve into playful yet functional forms.
My design approach is grounded and rational, but I always aim to create something that feels intuitive — something people look at and think, I want that. Not because it’s flashy, but because it just makes sense and fits beautifully into life.
I’ve been fortunate to receive awards like the Toyota Scholarship during my time at ArtCenter, where I’m currently studying. I’m looking forward to stepping into internships soon and growing further into the kind of designer I want to be — thoughtful, curious, and quietly bold.
